Part-Time Position

Qualifications: - RN, Must be capable of successfully managing multiple work assignments simultaneously, identifying priorities, - developing timelines and using sound judgment - Must have competency with the use of PC based software – i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, etc. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Anticipate needs. - Demonstrated attention to detail and final product appearance. - Ability to navigate internal resources and organizational structure in order to research and resolve administrative - issues/problems tactfully and promptly - Excellent administrative and organizational skills – can organize and retrieve data, emails, reports, filings, etc. - Possess extraordinary customer service orientation – ability to demonstrate tact and professionalism even under - stressful circumstances - Ability to manage reimbursement requests - Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting - Ability to work as a member of a team - Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines - Ability to interact in an appropriate and professional manner - Demonstrated cooperative behavior and positive-problem solving and conflict resolution skills - Available to work dependable, flexible shift

Responsibilities: • Obtain vital signs, medical history, concomitant medications from study subjects • Phlebotomy • Assist with study logistics, clinic and telephone appointments • Learn and execute study-related protocols • Other duties as may be assigned
