Minimum Requirements: - 3-4 years general administrative office experience - Bachelors degree: Any, business related degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - strong organizational skills, project management, excellent communication (both written and verbal), proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office, attention to detail, time management, multitasking, adaptability, problem-solving, confidentiality, and excellent customer service skills;
Basic Duties and Responsibilities or Purpose of Position:
· Coordinate with faculty for the submission of their dossiers for UCLA academic reviews [merits and promotions], reviewing the dossier for compliance with DGSoM Academic Personnel requirements and guidelines, following up the faculty member as needed for corrections, generating trainee evaluations from Medhub, gathering peer evaluations as needed from the Divisions, liaising with the Division chief for the proposal letter. etc.
· Assist Program Coordinator with entering and updating resident schedules in Medhub and processing Resident (PGY1~3) timecards in ASTER
· Coordinate onboarding for PGY3 for outside clinical rotations to Kaiser and Cedars and onboarding for Cedars PGY1 to rotate on Medicine Wards at HUCLA
· Provide assistance and back up to the Program Coordinator for onboarding UCLA 2nd Yr Med Students to rotate on IP Medicine Wards and 4th Yr student Medicine Sub-internship clerkship
Salary: $22-$32/hr.
