Required Skills & Qualifications
• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent • Minimum one-year of customer service work experience • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Valid California driver's license • Current California registration for personal transportation • Proof of personal vehicle insurance
Description of Duties:
• Under the direction of the Central Telephone Office Supervisor: • Answers Central Telephone calls for the Lundquist WIC Program • Provides information and responds to inquiries regarding eligibility and participation in the WIC Program • Makes referrals to appropriate agency programs, including other community medical and social service agencies • Screens applicants for WIC Program eligibility; enters applicant data into the WIC Web Information System Exchange (WISE) database according to established policies and procedures • Schedules WIC Program enrollment and return appointments
Salary Range: $17-$21.61 per hour
