Qualifications:
BA Degree
· Familiarity with basic medical terminology, ORCHID/Cerner electronic health record, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)
· Experience communicating in a congenial manner on all levels, executive and administrative
Knowledge of Windows based software & programs, Microsoft office suite, scheduling software (Qgenda), Zoom
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to perform detailed work and monitor for errors
· Excellent communication skills across the spectrum
· Willingness to work onsite or remote with occasional travel between DHS sites
· Ability to work as a member of a team
Responsibilities:
Conduct chart reviews & data abstraction
Assistance with collection of screenings conducted in clinic
Excel spreadsheet proficiency including pivot tables, vlookup, charts, data sorting and more
Planning of training on cognitive health screening for care teams
Maintain good attendance
Maintain good attitude towards work and responsibilities. Ability to work with various groups of people.
Salary: $60-$62k/yr
