Minimum requirements: - A BSc. degree with experience in specific research areas (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, or similar) is essential. Additional experience with bench lab work is preferred. - Knowledge of immunology, molecular biology, histology and routine biochemical assays
· Mouse colony breeding and maintenance experience are desired.
· Additional experience with bench lab work is preferred.

Responsibilities - Molecular biology including qPCR, DNA electrophoresis, DNA and RNA preparation and Western Blots - Routine histology stains, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry - Conducts mouse colony maintenance and breeding - Performs primary and immortalized cell culture experiments. - Performs related duties as assigned. - Conduct molecular biology assays and experiments, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, histology - Conduct data analysis - Maintain laboratory records, ordering/receiving, lab routine administration and IACUC.
Salary: $18-$24/hr.
