Required Skills:

-Must be Proficient in MS Office compute applications( Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) and other general office procedures 

- Must be skilled in organization and use of  records and files

- Must be well versed in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to be flexible and to adapt to frequent shifts in priorities 

Description of Duties:

- Accurately enter data within various software programs 

- Maintain and compile  information form various spreadsheets and databases to create reports 

- Monitors database for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures 

- Prepare and distribute weekly reports 

- Organize records and files 

- Provide general data entry support across many teams on an as-hoc basis
