The Lundquist Institute is looking for a Part-time Project Coordinator to join our team in our Torrance, CA location

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GED or high school Diploma
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Past experience managing projects or data
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stay on top of IRB process and ensure timelines are being met
  • Able to manage a data base

Description of Duties

  • Coordinate multi-campus meetings for all county sites implementing a dementia support program
  • Abstract data from medical chart and input REDCap
  • Attend monthly meetings with UCSF and report on project progress
  • Assist with translation of program materials
  • Assist with IRB approval and consent
  • Administer surveys to patients via phone
  • Schedule interviews and focus groups
